Club Details
- Program Levels – The Aqua Care Club offers three levels of service: Tech, Essential, and Premier. Each provides specific features and benefits as described.
- Membership Options – Customers can sign up for monthly or annual memberships. Monthly members must pay the specified amount each month until membership is terminated. Annual members must pay the specified amount each year until membership is terminated. Annual members receive a 12 month membership for the price of 11 months.
- Non-Refundable Memberships – Once a month or year membership starts, no refunds will be granted for any reason. Customer acknowledges the “no refund” policy.
- Modification of Membership Levels and Pricing – The company reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any membership level or pricing at its sole discretion. In such cases, customers will be provided with reasonable notice of any changes, and they may have the option to switch to an alternative membership level or pricing structure.
- Termination – Either party may terminate Aqua Care Club membership by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the customer will no longer have access to membership features and benefits, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership term.
- Renewal – Membership automatically renews at the beginning of the monthly or yearly term, based on membership start date. Memberships must be terminated prior to the start of a new monthly/yearly term to avoid membership payment.
- Governing Law – This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Entire Agreement – Membership details, together with the main terms and conditions of the Aqua Care Club, constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the company regarding the membership and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
